The Hanging Committee

Block mounted portraits are a trademark at Southlight & our viewing software allows us to previsualise the final placement of photos in the clients' own home.

However at this "hanging" I engaged the clients themselves, plus visiting friend to finalise the "installation"! 

Casual at Titahi Bay

Titahi is another of my favourite Bays in the Wellington region. Hekia, Wira & their girls were celebrating Mum's latest Ministerial appointments! It seemed appropriate to record this session in colour - a bit of a departure from my regular b&w portrait work!

Tricky high overhead hot sun but there was enough natural "fill" to help soften these portraits. It's hard to go wrong with fun folk like these.

We spent half an hour messing around by the trademark boatsheds & on the beach - great results!
